Experience
Currently a meteorologist, I offer tutoring in math, calculus, physics, and environmental science up to the 12th grade. I structure lessons around a student's needs and abilities, providing feedback on a weekly basis; when possible, I collaborate with the student's teacher. Teaching is one of my passions. I enjoy seeing students push their boundaries and achieving results they thought they were incapable of. I use practice tests, assessments, and exams in addition to other solutions and resources to aid in a student's development. Each lesson can be adapted based on the individual's learning style, pace, and interests and goals. Concepts are covered in detail and explained in alternative ways if necessary, until the student shows they have gained an understanding of the material. I use many example problems along the way and can relate topics to the student's individual passions to motivate them and create engaging lessons.
